Red Stripped Bourbon – La Primavera, Colombia
It’s no secret—we love bourbon coffees. Naturally sweet, full-bodied, and endlessly expressive, they check every box we look for in a great cup. This Red Striped Bourbon from MIra Mira. This is a rare, exotic natural mutation of the classic Bourbon coffee plant. It yields uniquely striped cherries and produces an incredibly sweet, fruit-forward coffee.
In the cup, expect a vibrant and juicy profile with notes of sweet navel orange, cherry coke vibes all on top of vanilla and cocoa finish.
This coffee comes to us through our friends at Sudus Coffee, where sustainability is more than a buzzword—it’s built into every step of their process. By planting flower corridors among coffee shrubs, Sudus supports healthy pollination, reduces the need for insecticides, and naturally boosts production. It’s a thoughtful approach that benefits both the ecosystem and the quality of the coffee.
This is a coffee that reflects care at every level—from soil to cup—and we’re excited to share it with you.
